One unfurnished bedroom available to rent in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. It has amazing natural light, and is located in a quiet neighbourhood just a 3 minute walk from Lansdowne subway station.

The listed rent price (1462) includes utilities and internet. There is also a parking spot available for an extra $100 per month.

The apartment is located in the upper half of a house (with a separate entrance from our landlords who live downstairs). We have a washer and dryer in the unit. The bedroom furniture shown is my current roommate’s, and will be removed when she moves out.

My current roommate is moving out because she’s getting married, so I’m looking for someone new to share the space with.

I’m in my mid-twenties and female. I like reading and spending time with friends. I keep the apartment pretty clean and quiet, so I’m looking for someone similar. I work from home, but my bedroom is up a set of stairs so you won’t notice me much during working hours :)
