the shared apartment is a one bedroom, small kitchen, shared bathroom, No storage space, fair size living room. there is no door on bedroom. we would be sharing on groceries as well. smoking is allowed outside, has cat in apartment already no dogs unless its a small dog and doesn’t bark constantly . there is no parking. the apartment is located near downtown Sudbury, walking distance to downtown, there is an up town bus stop around the corner and a downtown bus stop across the street.
