The townhouse is in a convenient and easily accessible neighbourhood and also close to Fairview Mall, Freshco, Food Basics, Zehrs, Shoppers Drug Mart and Walmart) and transit. Quick access to Highways #7/8 & 401. There is the local Tim Hortons 5 minutes walk away. Area is nice and quiet. Parking available private driveway. You will be sharing the house with a single retired senior male. I am very easy-going, sociable and friendly. I value privacy and respecting each other’s space as well.
