Looking for a sublet for 1 bedroom in this basement apartment (now until the end of August 2025). The house is located at 1960 Oxford Street, minutes away from Dalhousie, UKings, Quinpool road and the Atlantic Superstore. The rent is $895 a month which includes water. Other utilities and WiFi are extra (it is split equally amongst all four people). The unit includes a washer and dryer as well. The room is available as of March 1 (but earlier can be arranged if needed), so if you’re interested please send me a message.
About the roomies
The unit is shared with three other quiet and studious university students. We’re looking for someone that is focused on their studies and will maintain the quiet atmosphere.
