I’m looking for a female roommate to share my spacious 800 sq ft, fully furnished 1-bedroom 1-bath apartment. Here are the details:

• Rent: $800/month (includes all utilities) for sharing bedroom. Wifi will be additional.
• Location: 10 mins walking to Victoria Park Subway station, 10 mins bus ride to Danforth Go station
• Amenities: - Laundry in basement - Fully furnished home and room - Queen size bed in the room (can be changed to two single beds if needed) - Grocery store and dental clinic in the building - Gym and community centre available for additional monthly costs. You can talk to the management directly. - Looking only for 1 person to move in. Students and Newcomers welcome. - Kitchen is all setup with utensils and groceries. - Large balcony with CN tower view. - First month and Last Month required. - Parking available for additional cost You can move in with just your bags.
