I am seeking a respectful, clean, and cat-friendly tenant (or couple) to take over a master suite with a private walk-in closet and separate bathroom/shower. Choose between a furnished or unfurnished room, while enjoying a fully furnished shared living space. There’s ample parking, and you’ll be sharing this cozy home with a friendly young professional woman.
Available to move in between November 15th to January 15th , for 6 months with an opportunity to stay until end of summer. It will be a fully furnished room. With an option of unfurnished if wanted.
- Single occupant is $1,550 utilities included.
- Couples is $1800 utilities included.
This is a sublet opportunity while the current tenant travels, offering you a chance to enjoy a quiet, renovated home on Kirschner Mountain.
