Very spacious and bright furnished bedroom. Queen size bed, desk and spacious closet.
Shared kitchen and washroom. The room is in my basement of a bungalow home with independent entrance. Two windows that allow sunlight in and makes the room bright. In a quiet neighborhood. SAIT and University of Calgary only a 10 minute drive. Main roads are close by like Deerfoot, McKnight that becomes John Laurie, 16 Ave(Trans Canada that takes you to the mountains). Bus stop only 2 blocks away. Street parking available. All utilities included. Independent entrance. Shorter term rental available.
About the roomies
This is our family home and would like to share with awesome roommates who are respectful of our family lifestyle. That means no parties, no smoking, no pets sorry. I’m an artist and my art studio is next to the bedroom. We love to hike, create art and music and looking forward to share our space with great people!
