Welcome to our home where we are offering TWO ALL AINCLUSIVE ROOMS! We consider this place a gem in the city unlike any other, I promise you have to see it to understand… There is so much space, and we’re specifically looking for a couple to fill it with us so that it feels even bigger!
We currently have both rooms furnished with queen beds and desks, but you can do whatever you want with them! Make the second room your yoga room, make it a chill space away from your roommates, make it a quest room, whatever. Since we also have two rooms of our own, we have chosen to use one as a bedroom and one as an office (not shared).
The house itself has two shared yards with tons of plants (front/back), two shared porches for chilling or BBQing (front/back), a huge living space with TV/couches/PS4, kitchen including it’s own living area within it + gas stove + water cooler, one and a half shared baths, and four bedrooms between two couples. Our place is old but well maintained (by us) with lots of personal touches. We are of course welcome to discuss any upgrades or changes if we find a great fit!
Included in rent will be 2 bedrooms to use as you please (can be furnished), all utilities, internet, water delivery service, and a cleaning person once a month to ease the burden on housemates.
We are a couple in our 30s, self employed with opposite hours. We are mostly extroverted, deeply unserious, and always down for a laugh. We are looking for another couple that matches our vibe, and has a strong sense of community like we do. The Toronto rental market is insane so we’d love for all parties to benefit by sharing this space… We take a lot of pride in our house and are always coming up with new ways to improve it, and hope you’ll take part in that as well! We don’t like to nickel and dime. We like to cook, sit on the porch and listen to the rain, we go for coffee walks, have BBQs, host holiday dinners, work a lot, go to the gym around the corner, watch bad romcoms, go out for drinks and to the theatre and for brunch… Normal 30something activities!
