Conveniently located in the area of S. Parkdale, close to public transit and shops, you’ll find this unit that spans the top two floors of a beautifully renovated Victorian home. The room available for SUBLET is the huge master bedroom (fully furnished) with a bay window that faces west from early January through end of May ‘25. While I’m away on an extended business trip, I am looking to sublet my room to someone (individual occupancy) who is responsible, reliable, quite and clean. This is NOT a party house but a chill space to call home. Our home is beautifully appointed and fully furnished. It has a large deck off the 2nd floor kitchen and access to the shared backyard. Parking may be available during my absence - for an additional fee.

Jordan takes one of the top floor rooms, is quite, respectful, clean, and works out of the home 4 late afternoons/early evenings a week. The 2nd top floor room (with it’s own massive private deck) is occupied by Vlad, who works in Film/TV and works some crazy hours. Before Vlad, his room has been an airbnb room for over 5 years. Note, for some cost savings, there is a possibility that we can switch the rooms. Vlad would take mine, while his, with a private deck would become yours. We can discuss more! The shared bathroom is a split plan, toilet in one small room with the bath and large sink in another. It’s an amazing design.
