About the room
Just a room in my parents house which I want to rent out. I need to rent a small art studio in north vancouver/ capilano university. I just need someone to take over my room from December or asap. So this is a sublet and Airbnb. Bathroom shared with an occupant of an empty room that is renting for $950 including utilities, laundry and internet.
About the roomies
My mum is a teacher whom I admire. She’s very likeable and funny. She wishes to rent to other cultures than our own. Wants to meet new people. She has two kids in her in home daycare and another in west vancouver (tutoring science and English) as a second language.
