Just a room in my parents house which I want to rent out to buy a car. I need to rent a small art studio in north vancouver/ capilano university. I just need someone to take over my room from Nov 1st. So this is a sublet and Airbnb. Bathroom shared with a nice couple and their kid until they leave by November

My mum is a badass boss lady teacher whom I admire. She’s very likeable and funny. Sue wishes to rent to other cultures than our own. Wants to meet new people. She has two kids in her in home daycare and another in west vancouver (tutoring science and English) as a second language.
