Hey all :) My current roomie is moving cities for a new job so I’m looking for someone to takeover her half of the lease and share the house with. Available for Nov 1st.

It’s a full 3 level character home - storage in basement, main-floor, and then two bedrooms upstairs. Two 3-piece bathrooms. One bathroom is in the room I’m looking to fill. Brand new appliances throughout the house and recent renos. There’s two living areas making it an easy space to share.

Outdoor space: small garage, lots of parking, garden shed, a deck that wraps around the house and fenced backyard, the front yard is all garden beds.

Location is Inner city, Tuxedo Park, close to 16th Ave and crescent heights.

We are renting from a private landlord who is lovely. The current lease is up in the spring, but I’d love to find someone who would be interested in renewing with me again at that time, ideally, but that’s not a dealbreaker

I’m a working professional in my early 30’s. I enjoy board games, yoga, snowboarding, camping, wine and dinner nights, friend hangs and getting outdoors for just about any activity. Also love a good TV binge - bad reality or true crimes are my go to.

I have a senior Frenchie Bulldog who lives here too. He loves snacks, rolling in the grass, sleeping in, and ignoring his mom.
