Hi, I’m looking for a roommate to share my recently renovated 2 bed/ 2 bath townhome and Inglewood. Recent updates include fresh paint and new laminate flooring throughout the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen.

This bedroom, located on the quiet, non-street side of the house, offers a peaceful retreat with an almost private bathroom just across the hall. The home features in-unit laundry with both a washer and dryer. There’s also a hallway closet available, perfect for bikes or off-season sports gear.

You’ll be sharing the space with two easygoing companions—one human and one adorable cat. The human roommate is a 30-year-old professional with a 9-5 schedule. When she’s home, she enjoys cooking, reading, cleaning, drinking tea and spending time with her furry friend. Her cat, Ammil, is a sweet, 1-year-old rescue with distinctive black-and-white markings, affectionately called a “cow-cat.” Ammil is playful, especially when there’s a laser pointer involved!

The household atmosphere is relaxed—no wild parties, just the occasional gathering with close friends. The human roommate’s father also drops by for a weekly visit.
