I have a room available for one person, preferably a woman, but open to share with the right guy. On a 2-bedroom main floor, the house is shared only with me and is fully furnished. Located in Glenbrook SW. A few blocks from the Westbrook train station and with a few bus lines less than 1 block away.

The price includes all services and Internet, there is also plenty of parking available because it is located in front of a park.

For entry, 1 month deposit and the mouth to live are required.

I am a 38 years old woman, single. I work from Monday to Friday, I am clean, organized, I do not use drugs or cannabis. I drink only occasionally and I do nicotine vape sometimes, in general ths is a quiet place that receives a few visits from time to time. All areas of the house are available to share, including the living room, TV, kitchen, dining room, backyard. My expectation is to share the cleaning of the house for one week each, if you are not available to do it we can hire a person to do the cleaning and share the expense..
