Hello, and thank you for taking the time to check out my ad. I am an adult male who appreciates a quiet and contemplative environment without a lot of loud music or TV. I like to read a lot and also do some writing myself and am currently studying Spanish for love of the language. The apartment, located at Yonge & Bloor is a 2-bedroom, single bath unit facing south-west with a large balcony. The available room is about 12’ by 11’ (~133 square feet), (It features a walk-in closet which is 80”x39” itself) and a large opening window facing the south-east. It has parquet flooring and is furnished with a twin bed with bedside table and lamp, large dresser, 32” bar fridge, and a standing electrically adjusted desk/study unit. One set of linens is supplied. (please note that the room is also available unfurnished if you so desire). Situated in the Rosedale/Yorkville area (the safest neighbourhood in the city of Toronto) It’s a five minute walk to Yonge and Bloor subway station. The area features many amenities: Grocery, Drug Stores, Banks, Restaurants, and much, much more are minutes away. The apartment has spectacular vistas and a large Great Room for dining/living purposes (see plan). High Speed Wifi is provided free of any additional charge, as are electricity, heat and water. Laundry facilities (coin-operated) are available in the building; parking and cable are also available but at an additional cost for each. I am a professional cook by trade, and have a fully equipped kitchen with high end kitchen tools if you would like to try your hand at cooking, or perhaps you are already a seasoned cook, so you would appreciate the galley kitchen and the way I have set it up.

First and last month’s rent will be required, and although I prefer a long term, the lease length is negotiable. Please feel free to drop me a line and let me know if you are interested or have any questions at all.
