Private bedroom and bathroom available for rent in a large, bright townhouse! I’m starting shift work in the summer, so my dog and I will only be around one out of every four weeks. While I’m working, the place is all yours! The house is a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has been converted to a home office that we can share. The basement has a workout area, and lots of room for storage. There is free in unit laundry. Walking distance to the Fleetwood Community Centre, several major bus routes, 10 minutes to the SkyTrain, lots of restaurants nearby. Month to month is acceptable with a minimum of 4 months. 1 year lease available.

It’s just me and my dog! I’m Danielle, I’m a 30 year-old structural engineer. My dog, Monty, is a 4 year old border collie x golden retriever. He is so sweet and cuddly and loves everyone! We unfortunately can’t allow another dog to live in the house, but visitors and occasional pet-sitting is just fine.
