Looking for someone to live with me in the west end! Live close to Stanley Park, English Bay, and tons of restaurants and businesses on Denman St. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe, and there is a friendly community vibe. My previous roommate and I turned our 1 bedroom into a 2-bedroom by making their room the solarium. Your room will be in the solarium with lots of sunlight. There are red velvet curtains up that surround the room to help protect from light. Unfortunately we have to take down the DIY door that we put up due to liability concerns, so you will only have a curtain as a door with no sound protection. I’m looking for someone who values friendship and wouldn’t mind chatting a bit and making food / watching movies / playing games together sometimes. I also would prefer someone who doesn’t have a partner that sleeps over due to noise concerns. The apartment is really big and there’s a beautiful north-east facing view of the mountains and city. There’s also a lovely rooftop patio with a BBQ that’s free to use.
