This is a private, hotel-style rental in Alderwood with your own private entrance. We’re a family, so you’ll hear some noise during the day, but we’re typically quiet from 8 PM to 7 AM. We’re looking for someone who is clean, quiet, and doesn’t smoke. No pets allowed.
