A sunny mid-size bedroom with a large window looking onto a backyard garden with furniture including a four-poster double bed, closet rack, dresser and chest-of-drawers. Room is located in a main floor (street level) two-bedroom apartment in a two-story renovated large old house. There is a medium sized kitchen with a large fridge and standard electric stove. The living and dining rooms are well lit with high ceilings and large windows.

My wife and I are the other two occupants of the apartment. Our landlord lives above. I am a semi-retired consultant and my wife is a student.
