About the room
Large north or south facing room with 2/1 closets. Hardwood floors and you can customize the room to your tastes. (No breaking down walls, obviously lol)
Shared rest of house, modern appliances. Large backyard and deck. Heavy punching bag and resistance machine in garage.
Close to bus stops, parkland mall only 10 min walk. Many nearby fast food options, nearby liquor and weed shops.
LGBTQ+ welcomed (if not preferred), cat lovers required as the property comes with 4 cats. Cannabis and cigarettes are fine outside or in the garage. If it’s 40 below, I can be reasonable.
Exotic pets welcomed. (No birds or dogs. Seriously. We have four cats and one of us has misophonia.)
Internet and utilities included.
About the roomies
Neuro divergent alternative hermits. We had 2 cats, then inherited 2 more. Ender works from home, and Daggiera has mental health issues and doesn’t work.
We are gamers and love all kinds of music from Opal In Sky and Avatar to Wardruna and Ulvesang.
Something to be aware of is that Daggiera practices music by singing (he has an amp, but also sings with headphones in while doing steps) and Ender works weird late hours.
We love to talk about random topics and we have been running a YouTube channel for years together.
