Share this two bedroom apartment with a hard working 28 year old. Comes with heating, water, bathtub and shower, personal closet, flat screen TV, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster oven, microwave, coin operated laundry, and mail delivered directly to the apartment. Very short walk from Bonnie Doon Shopping Center and Valley line station; as well as Whyte Ave (where busses run very regularly, especially to and from the UofA). Street parking available and there is room for 1 more bycicle in the appartment. No smoking No pets Coin operated laundry Wifi is billed at the end of the month and is free for the first 3 months and only one dollar for the fourth, afterwards it’s 31.5 for each of us. The electricity will likely be under 40 dollars for each of us even in the winter.
