Looking for a roommate to occupy the second bedroom in my apartment starting November 1st! The spacious bedroom easily fits a double or queen-size bed along with a desk and you’ll also have your own private washroom. You can also utilize the den/solarium as a cozy office space—perfect for working from home or studying!

Rent includes gas and hot water. Electricity and internet will be split equally between us (~$30ish for electricity usually). A parking spot is also available if needed.

The room itself is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment and shared living space is.

Looking for a roommate who is clean, responsible, and has a good sense of roommate etiquette. Must be able to provide references and proof of employment. If interested, please send me some details about yourself and I’d love to chat more and see if we’d make for good roommates :)

I work from home 2-3 days a week, so it’s important to have someone who can appreciate a balance between sociability and personal space. I’m very sociable and would love to have a roommate who enjoys hanging out occasionally, but I also value downtime and respect for each other’s privacy.
