One (1) bedroom, unfurnished in a large, very clean and bright two (2) bedroom apartment off Richmond/Ambleside Drive. It has wall to wall windows, spectacular balcony views of the Ottawa River and downtown. Internet included, bathroom is shared. Parking would be $90 through the office. There is a sauna, storage facilities, an exercise room and laundry facilities on the basement level. Enjoy the newly renovated outside pool area next summer. Very, very dog friendly building with lots of friendly neighbours. Some residents have been here for 30+ years! Close to walking /biking trails, beaches along the Parkway, close to Aylmer bridge, new LRT station , and close to Lincoln Heights Metro, Rexall, Shoppers, Staples, Carlingwood and Westboro shops.

Woman in my late 50’s(young) looking for like minded woman 40+ to share accommodations. I had to stop working recently due to health issues and being able to have someone to chat with every once in a while would be great. I am very quiet and laid back. I love to cook and bake (depending on how I feel that day) and practice mindfulness and meditation daily. **My granddaughter (2.5 yr old) comes over every day for a few hours a day as my daughter and also lives in the building. I am extremely clean and take pride in my surroundings, I’d like to find someone mature, laid back and responsible who will do the same. I do have a prescription for medical cannabis, so I am 420 friendly, (I do have an expensive HEPA air purifier) Sorry, unfortunately that doesn’t apply to cigarette smoke.
