I’m a 36 yr old female nurse looking for a female roommate to share my new apartment. I have a quiet golden retriever, so liking dogs is an asset. I do work night shifts so it would be great if someone wasn’t noisy during the day but other than that, I’m very easy going. The rental room can come furnished or unfurnished. I can make it both work. If wanting master suite with ensuite it would cost $1300 Bedroom with own bathroom is $1250. Cost is higher so that utilities are included. Another option could be $1125 and then split utilities. In suite laundry is available! Yey!
