Building + Amenities: newer building with concierge, secure package storage, elevators, key-fob access, fitness room, multi-purpose rooms for hosting, study room, rooftop terrace with BBQ, park, storage locker, bike storage, guest parking, and secure underground parking ($). Restaurants (Quesada, Quiznos, Barcellos, Tim Hortons), pharmacy, liquor store and physiotherapy office in the complex.
Location: Close to major grocery stores, fast food, convenience stores/gas stations, medical clinics, gyms, parks, and restaurants on Fraser & Main St. Easy access to YVR and Marine Drive Skytrain. Bus routes with stops in front of building: 100, 80, 8, N20, N8.
Your Space: The bedroom is unfurnished, with a closet and large window. The bathroom, which is mostly yours, is fully furnished with necessary bathroom items and will also be used as the guest bathroom and for occasional bathtub use.
Shared Spaces: The apartment is fully furnished, and the kitchen is well-stocked with all essentials. While these items are available for shared use, they remain my personal belongings, and I ask for respectful use. Given that the apartment is already fully equipped, this space would be ideal for someone who doesn’t have many personal furnishings or kitchen items of their own, though there is some room for storage if needed.
