Чудові сусіди, велика пральна і сушарна машина у будинку, дуже тихо, чисто і все адекватно. Здаю бо переїзжаю в іншу країну.
Матрас не здається разом з кімнатою. Кімната здається без ліжка
*Є також можливість продовжити контракт, але з 1го січня оренда буде трохи вище.
A room for rent for 1 person at Nanaimo & Hastings with private bathroom available from 1st of October till the end of the year. Rent is $1050 a month. It’s a house (duplex), will be shared with 2 more people. Large washing and drying machines in the house, nice flatmates, quiet area, clean and peaceful. Renting it out since moving to another country.
The air mattress will not be rented together with the room. The room is rented without a bed
*The lease can be extended. The price of rent from the 1st of January will be a little higher.
About the roomies
The house is shared with the landlord (Asian male, 33 y.o) and we are looking for 1 more person. 3 people in total will be sharing the house.
