Bedding, all furnishings, dishes, kitchen cookware & utensils, plus bathroom towels also available. Rent includes all utilities plus air conditioning/heat, free laundry, and free Wi-Fi. Sorry, no driveway parking available at this time. Convenient bus stops right outside. Walking distance to main bus terminal, ferry (downtown Dartmouth), Mic Mac Mall, grocery stores, parks and two beaches. Potential for rent to be reduced by way of household chores / general house repairs. Please note: wall art shown in photos may not be included long term). I have two friendly cats that stay in their own space. Sorry - no other pets can be accommodated at this time. And extra guests overnight are NOT welcome.

You would share a kitchen, one bathroom, a backyard and deck with me (easy going, mature professional female-she/her) and one early 20’s male professional.
