HI! We’re looking for a longterm roommate in shared 2bed+1bath starting March 1, 2024.

Looking for a clean and respectful roommate in our 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit. Roommate would get their own separate room, and we will be sharing a kitchen, bathroom, and living room.

Base rent is $900/month, utilities and internet are extra and covered between all roommates. Rough approximate ~$75/month for utilities and $25-35/month for internet. So approx ~$1000-1010/month after all expenses. Optional garage parking for $50/month. To be clear, the $1800 deposit is the first and last month’s rent which we’ll collect after everything is final.

Unit has central AC (yay), in-unit laundry (in basement), a nice backyard and we are pet friendly, depending on pet and your routine. No smoking inside the house. Queer friendly home, looking for someone equally respectful.

We are a couple (one male, one female) in our late 20s/early 30s, and also the home owners. You will be sharing the top floor unit with us (we are in the 2nd room in the unit). We have lived with roommates for over 10 years and very comfortable with sharing spaces, keeping tidy and establishing house norms with all roommates’ input. We enjoy living with people and getting to know our roommates over indoor and outdoor hangouts.
