Room for Rent - Looking for Female Roommate

I’m looking for a female roommate to share my fully furnished apartment. The age doesn’t matter, and both short- or long-term stays are welcome! The rent is $650 per month, which includes utilities.

This modern apartment comes with a clean and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious living room, comfortable enough to share with two other people, but I am looking for only one person. Additionally, there’s a washer and dryer for your convenience in the apartment building.

The apartment is located in a great area with easy access to public transportation only 2-3 min walk— and just a 15-minute ride to downtown Montreal.
