6 and 1/2 in the heart of the city. Live on the most beautiful street in the area in a fully renovated place with easy access to all amenities. Under 5 mins walk to orange line and/or green line. 5-10 minutes walk from Concordia and Dawson. The Extra bedroom is huge, admittedly needs some cleaning, as it was my gym room but we will have it cleared out and is otherwise in phenomenal condition with glazed brick wall and court facing window. Jen works out of our room, and I have an in house office but i’m out 3 days a week minimum, so it’s mostly pretty quiet. We are both smokers…. though we try to go outside to do so, but not always guaranteed.

We have been living here happily for over a decade. Please note, we have a dog and she is our baby so applicants must like pets. My partner works from home and I work 50/50 in office and at home but am usually away…only chill people please, we would rather there be no drama in here. There is already enough craziness in the outside world as it is ; )
