Hi! I’m seeking a roommate to share a fully furnished, two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse suite in the heart of downtown Vancouver. The suite is available starting October 1st, and I’m flexible with the rental term, though ideally looking for someone until March.

Rent: $2600/month (includes all utilities: internet, hydro, and monthly maid service) Location: Less than 5-minute walk to Stadium-Chinatown Skytrain Station, steps from Costco, T&T Supermarket, restaurants, and shopping. Term: Flexible (monthly rental preferred)
