Seeking: A long-term roommate to live with me in 2 bed / 2 bath, 1000sqft condo (37th floor) with Lake Ontario Views where I am a current tenant. Move in Date December 1st. (Located at Lower Simcoe & Bremner) 5-minute walk to Union Station My roommate is moving out to live with his girlfriend & I don’t want to give up this amazing space. PRICE: $1640 (Unit is Rent Controlled and Subject to the regular Ontario rental guideline increases on lease renewal) Utilities have averaged to approx. $35 each per month PARKING! If you need parking, we rent out a second spot for $160 per month. ($80 per person). WIFI is Included! You will have your own bathroom next to your room. Laundry Ensuite. Common Area / Kitchen is furnished but feel free to bring any furniture/appliances you’d like to have! Bedrooms are nicely spaced out.

About Me: 28M and have lived in this unit the past 2 years. I graduated from the University of Guelph & now work in Biotechnology sales Mon-Friday. I WFH about 2 days per week & on the road visiting customers the other 3 days. After work you can find me at the gym or cooking. My hobbies include working out, watching movies/video games, golfing, trying new bars/restaurants & rock concerts. I’m looking for a social, like-minded, working professional who also thrives in a clean-living space, is down to hang out, can be quiet & respectful at night during the weekdays.
