Looking for a female student to take over my private room in a 4-bedroom apartment at HOEM on Jarvis, located in the heart of downtown Toronto. The room is available immediately and the lease runs until 14th December 2024.

• Rent: $600 per week • Room: Fully furnished private room with a bed, drawers, wardrobe, desk, and chair. • Flatmates: You’ll be sharing with 3 other friendly girls. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, and you’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other person. • Shared Spaces: The apartment includes a shared living room and kitchen (complete with fridge, stove, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, plates & bowls, cups & mugs, crockery & cutlery). • Cleaning: The apartment is cleaned bi-weekly.
