We are two roomies, looking for the third Hey there! 👋

We’re two laid-back roomies with a third room up for grabs in our modern condo on Nuns’ Island. The place is packed with essentials—fully-equipped kitchen (minus the snacks, but bring your faves!), TV, washer/dryer, and a BBQ that we even fire up in the dead of winter (yes, seriously 🌨️🔥). You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one of us (she’s awesome). Oh, and we have an outdoor cat who loves a cuddle…if he’s around!

The neighborhood is super chill, with parks and trails perfect for biking, hiking, or running. If you’re into running, let’s team up and hit those trails together! 🏃‍♂️ Plus, getting downtown is easy with a single bus during rush hour, or by bus/metro or the REM.

Note about the photos: These are the real estate photos from the listing when I bought the condo. The furniture is different now, and the room that is office is now have a sofa-bed in it and is the room that I am renting.

We’re two young professionals (23F, 36M) working from home or in a hybrid setup. I (36M) actually own the condo, so I make sure the place is always in top shape. We’re both pretty laid-back but believe in good communication and, of course, serious fun! We’re looking for a roommate who isn’t just a good fit, but someone who could be a great friend too.
