About the room
One clean room is available in a 3-bedroom townhouse starting October 1st , 2024 with shared bathroom with one occupant. The house is a brand new house and very clean and we are looking for a clean, easy going, respectful and someone that is willing to do her/his own share of the house cleaning on a rotation basis. Please note: NO PET is allowed and No SMOKING is allowed in the house and leaving the house clean always is a must.
About the roomies
The house currently has 2 people (1 male & 1 female) living there. A mature guy and myself. We have a room left that’s why we are looking for a responsible lady/guy to take over the 3rd room on a month-to-month lease. for 6 - 7 months. The house is located in Rolling Meadows estate, Thorold. Contact for more information
