Large room with a walk in closet and a beautiful view of the city. The apartment was recently renovated with laminate floors and fresh paint. It is clean and comfortable with a large living room, lots of storage, a balcony, and natural light. The building is in a great location in Kensington right beside the Sunnyside c-train station (Roomies can’t find the address so the pin is dropped further away). There is lots of room for any furniture or things you may have. The bedroom is unfurnished but there is the possibility of buying the current bedroom furniture. There is laundry in the building, and parking available for $100/month. Cats are welcome as long as the landlord approves them.

This is a two bedroom apartment so I’d be your only roommate. I work full time doing fundraising for a non-profit. Through the week I’m at work most of the day. In my spare time I enjoy going out with friends, baking, and I spend quite a bit of time at the gym. I am clean and quiet and generally a fairly mellow person.
