Looking for a female roommate to share a beautiful sunny apartment in the heart of Kensington. You would be sharing with myself a professional fundraiser working full time and my cat - the handsome tabby posing for the pictures. Utilities are included in the rent but wifi and tenant insurance are not. Apartment is right next to the sunnyside train station so it’s easy to get around but there is parking available as well. This is a two bedroom apartment so I’d be your only roommate. I work full time doing fundraising for a non-profit. Through the week I’m at work most of the day. In my spare time I enjoy going out with friends, baking, and I spend quite a bit of time at the gym. I am clean and quiet and generally a fairly mellow person.
