Sheridan's room

My son and I live in this little character biscuit box in upper downtown St. John’s over looking the harbour. We are near groceries and the university, as well as most other downtown amenities. The room is medium size with an Edwardian fireplace and double bed. It is to the front of the house so away from our bedrooms on the second floor. We are open to a cat if we meet the cat first and 2 references can be provided.

My son and I are pretty involved in our studies, but love good conversation. Would love to find a compatible guests for short stays or for the whole length offered here.
