One room (main floor) is available in a male-only house in a 4 bed 2 full bath house. The rent for the room is $1000 per month. 15-minute walk to Algonquin College.
The bathroom is shared with one male tenant.
The room is furnished but may be rented unfinished. House is completely renovated.
The kitchen, bathroom, and living areas are shared with other male tenants, students, and young professionals.
All utilities and high-speed internet are included, and by-weekly cleaning for the common areas is included. Infinite hot water for your convenience.
Laundry is in the unit free of charge. All-inclusive, furnished bedroom - double bed, desk, desk chair, dresser. Bring your own mattress.
A furnished living room, kitchen with dinnerware, and pots and pans are included.
No parking is available. The bus stops next to the building. Perfect for students and young professionals.
