The place is a 20 min walk and less than 10 minute bus to campus (5-7mins). It’s across the street from Foothills hospital so usually just a 10 minute bus to Uni District where we do most of our grocery shopping. The bus stop is like a minute walk away so it’s pretty convenient to get around the city if you’re a transit girlie. We have an unused parking spot associated with the unit but it is paid. The place is really spacious so it doesn’t feel suffocating even though it’s 3 people and 1 bathroom. We also have 2 fridges so lots of space for food.

There’s currently two girls living here. We’re both early 20s and study at UofC in grad/professional school. We’re mostly chill, hang out and catch up together but definitely enjoy our own spaces as well. We’d love to get to know someone new and to explore the city together as we’re both from out of province.
