The condo is on the 25th floor at Church Street, just a 6-minute walk to Queen subway station and Eaton Centre—super convenient.

Here are some details:

• It’s a living room. It will be unfurnished so you have to bring ur own bed, I don’t have an extra one sorry.

• You’ll be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with another two female roommates.

• Rent includes everything except hydro, which usually comes to about $25 per person. I will be paying the wifi so you don’t have to pay for wifi separately.

• The couch will be here when you move in, so till you buy your bed you can sleep there.

• The building has great amenities: gym, movie room, BBQ area, game room, and party room.

• Guests are welcome! Just let us know in advance.

• If you smoke, there’s a balcony you can use.
