I have a second bedroom in a basement suite in Northwest Edmonton on 117 St, close to the CN building. It’s about a 10 minutes from NAIT, 20 from U of A, and is close to lots of public transit access as well. I am ideally looking for a female roomate, 18-25 years old, who I can hopefully share the space with but also be friends with! I am super clean and organized and I function best in a quiet space, although I do love hosting and having people over on the occasion, so someone with a similar living style would be ideal! I go to the gym a lot and enjoy crafty activities and board games, I listen to music constantly but aside from that I am fairly quiet. I don’t drink much or smoke, non-smokers would be preferred as the property is not smoker friendly. Vaping and occasional weed consumption (outside) is chill with me:)

Rent is $710 a month (675 rent, 35 wifi), no deposit required. Lease is up at the end of June so it would be a 3 month lease with the possibility to renew. House is fully furnished excluding the empty bedroom- I have all kitchen supplies and am happy to share, as well as spare nightstand if you are in need of one. Space is a basement suite with a shared backyard and 3 parking spots in the back. All utilities are included in the rent, there is washer/dryer in the suite that is not shared. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet with good neighbours in the nearing houses, close in distance to a bunch of grocery stores/gyms/places to shop.

Hey! I’m Daniela and I’m looking for a female roomate to move in April 1st or shortly after that! I’m 20 years old taking a diploma degree at NAIT, and I work simultaneously while I’m in school. I have a cat named Medusa, she is immensely curious and friendly so someone who likes cats is preferable.
