• Rent includes all utilities and laundry use. The parking spot is to be confirmed upon availability.
• Term rent is min 3 months. First & last month’s rent are required.
• Note: No pets, no parties, no smoking (all kinds), and no overnight guests. Quiet time is from 10:00PM – 7:00AM.
• About the space: This basement unit with a separate entrance has 5 bedrooms and 2 walk-in bathrooms. Maximum 5 people (if all rooms are occupied). Tranquil and safe neighborhood. Nearby amenities include small shopping malls, parks, Tim Hortons, supermarkets, pharmacies, and convenience stores. 5-minute walk to bus stop leading to subway within minutes, 10-minute drive to highways.
