The other room on the upper floor is already rented out. The kitchen, living, patio and the 3rd bedroom is on the lower floor. All utilities, high-speed internet, and even air conditioning during the summer are included in the rent - no hidden fees or surprises. I value everyone’s privacy and comfort, kindly request no sleepovers to ensure a peaceful living experience.
