Murphy's room

I have a very large furnished bedroom for rent. Single occupant only with no pets. The room is on its own level of my home with a private bath and kitchen area. This level of the home has its own entrance. Lots of road parking available. I would prefer a quiet, mature boarder. Must be employed full-time outside the home. No smoking, partying, etc This is not a house share and there is no access to the main home. Best of luck.
