Ness Avenue

The property is split level with 3 levels. My 24 year old son lives in the basement, I live in the rest of the house with 2 small dogs. I occupy 1 room at a time. Meaning I have the addition at the back of the house mostly for the dogs The house is sectioned off for much privacy. Front door is only a few steps from the bus stop. Amenities such as convenient store, restaurants pharmacy all in short distance. Nice creek walkways with paths all around. Beautiful location. Great for a student to catch a bus.

I’m a 60 year old single work part time as a hairstylist. My son is 24 and works most nights and is hardly ever home as he is at his studio making and editing pursing career in music. My 2 small dogs are very friendly and do make noise when they want to greet people. If I found 2 students to occupy the 2 bedrooms I would basically stay mostly in the back room of the house. Giving more privacy
