Dan's room

I have a basement bedroom located in a spacious single-family, two-story house in Northwest Edmonton, near the Anthony Henday and Whitemud Freeway. It features a full bathroom and access to a shared office space and laundry. The location is ideal for university students, with University Buses that go directly to the South Campus. Local amenities are also within walking distance, including the Callingwood Farmers Market, Jamie Platz Family YMCA, and Lois Hole Library. West Edmonton Mall, Costco, and much more are easily accessible via public transit or by car.
