My partner and I have a 1 bedroom condo to share. The bedroom is fully furnished, closet, some storage, bathroom, kitchen dishwasher, washer and dryer. We also have a fitness facility to use. There is a heated pool to use in the summer. Groceries and restaurants are walking distance from the Condo.

We are just minutes to downtown, the ocean, and the major bus and bike routes Easy access to University of Victoria and Camosun College. Walking distance to all the language schools. Wifi, electric, heat all included!

We are a couple, both professionals, and we are friendly, fun, open and transparent. We keep a clean home, expect the same with our roomie! We are open to a month to month agreement. Prefer a 6 month lease, but are open.
