Nolan Hill Rise Northwest

Bedroom is unfurnished, with a large non-walk in closet, and large window with blinds. Your bathroom is shared, with one roommate, and it has a shower/bathtub. All major grocery stores are a quick drive or transit away, feel free to look at a map of the location to see! About a 20 minute drive to the university of Calgary, and 25 minute drive to Sait! The building comes with amenities such as a fully stocked gym, and a mailbox in the lobby.

Hi my name is Nathaniel (23m). Me and my roommate Sam (22F) are looking for someone who is willing to rent from end of September-mid October to late April! We are both university students ant UofC and will be finishing school in April. We are preferably looking for someone in post secondary but as long as you are ok with a lease ending at the end of April you are good. You must be ok with dogs, we have a senior friendly large breed dog named Duke. No large parties, gatherings are fine but it is a family friendly building so there are quiet hours.
