Wonderful location: 2 minutes walk to Withrow Park, 5 minutes to Riverdale Park Share kitchen kitchen, 4-piece bathroom, and ample living space for 2 people. Prefer quiet non-smoking guy or gal. I’m used to teaching English as a second language (certificated), so that might be of value to you! Location shopping and eating-wise is fantastic: 3-minute bike ride to The Danforth (through Withrow Park, if you want)!!!, and you’re in the middle of Greektown; with 100+ restaurants, bars, cafes and pubs to choose from (not just Greek any longer). And/or walk down to Gerrard, to Gerrard Square and to Walmart/banks and multiple food foodplaces, in the a nice, diverse and very reasonable food-mart. Next to a McD’s and a nice big LCBO/beer store. What more could you want? Transportation, of course. So:- On Broadview, going North to subway at Broadview/Danforth, half a dozen different streetcars/buses; so little wait-time. Going South:- same choice for getting downtown, without any changing to subway at Danforth. Or:- Bike lanes in every direction (including the Lake, the Beaches, and of course everywhere Downtown) Time for you to buy an E-bike???. Enuff. Come view.
