Large bright South East Edmonton House has a bedroom for rent from August 1, 2025. Room for rent in SE Edmonton House, $750 rent monthly and $750 damage deposit, shared washroom with 1-2 other persons, Utilities are included, shared kitchen and laundry. Person must provide proof of income, must tidy kitchen after they have used it, we do have an elderly cat that usually stays in one room but may come out, located close to schools, fitness centres, restaurants and bar, bus stop is only minutes from door. NO smoking cigarettes, pipes, cigars, pot, no vaping inside. I have asthma and cannot be around smoking of any kind but outside is fine.

3 people currently live here and all have different hours of work so there is always someone home. Cooking happens often in the evening and day. We all respect each other’s spaces.
