1430 South Island Highway, V9W 0G3. 2 bedroom apartment alongside the ocean. Room is spacious with private bathroom in the hall. Currently, me and my roommate are sharing the place, but he is moving out so looking for a new person to take his room. Balcony is facing South, so a mixture of shade from the trees and ocean views. Parking space limited but may be available outdoor and indoor pending building manager, extra rate $50. Utilities not included in rent, paid separately, depends on the monthly bill.
